FAQ

Everything about ordering custom embroidered scrubs — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 24 pieces for standard scrub tops, pant sets, and fitted sets. Smaller runs of the Lab-Coat Style Scrub Jacket can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for hospitals and multi-site health systems.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample so you can approve the physical garment and fit before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Scrub Top for one department and a Womens or Mens Fit Scrub Set for another — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, sizes, and color specs on file, so reorders and new hires match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal for embroidery digitizing. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo embroidery-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build embroidery-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone thread matching so your embroidered logo matches your brand colors exactly.
Can you individually personalize each scrub?
Yes — send a spreadsheet of staff names or titles and we’ll embroider each set individually. This is common for practices that want name embroidery alongside the practice logo.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles, depending on order size and current volume.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm onboarding or launch deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — useful for multi-site practices.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom scrubs cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $16 to $34 per unit at minimum quantities, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, style, and decoration placement. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established practices and institutions.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors are available?
Ceil blue, Navy, Black, Wine, and custom Pantone thread matching, across every style we offer.
Is the embroidery really permanent?
Yes. Thread embroidery stitches into the fabric and holds through hundreds of hospital-grade wash cycles without cracking, peeling, or fading the way a printed or heat-transfer logo does.
What’s the product made of?
Poly-cotton blend or four-way performance stretch scrub fabric, depending on the style and your preference.
How do I care for or clean them?
Machine wash warm or hot per standard clinical laundering, tumble dry low to medium. Embroidery and fabric are both built to withstand frequent institutional washing.
